| Going to the discovery centre in Leeds I learnt that most bottles of wine for ye olde time where made out of a thick green glass that could be reused and had the makers mark stamped into it. |

| Wine glasses where much smaller in the day as the wine was a lot more fortified than it is today. |

| Started to sketch out ways of using characters to display information learnt in a fun and informative way. |

| Learnt the benefits of a light box, which will come in handy for helping get rid of unwanted sketch lines on work. |

| Looked at developing these two characters to represent the contrasting ideals of wine culture. The high class and low class sides to wine drinking. |

| Maybe each wine is a different type for example rose and red or red and white? |
 |
| Learnt that I can become more focused on creating characters than focusing in the information I've learnt to develop work. There needs to be a more direct link between the work I produce and the information I've gathered. |
